- Complete guest check-in & checkout
- Store guests' luggage and mail
- Resolve customers issues and inquiries (Walk-ins and Phone)
- Promote the products and services of the hotel, along with assisting in creating marketing materials
- Help ensure that the interior as well as the surroundings of the hotel are clean and maintained in a good condition.
- Manage necessary paperwork
- Communicate with necessary departments
- Perform other duties that may be required
Qualification:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Hard Working

- Willingness to learn
- Team player
- Strong command in Thai and English
